Do you hold a real estate license?
YES. We believe that holding a South Carolina Real Estate License allows us to serve you to the best of our ability. While we do not perform duties where a license is required, we know that being licensed gives us a better understanding of the transaction process and the ability to keep updated with industry regulations that can affect compliance.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
YES. We carry our own E&O Insurance Policy and take each transaction as seriously as you do.
Do I pay upfront for services?
Payment for List to Close and Contract to Close services are due at closing and are not billable if the contract does not reach closing. All other services including Compliance only and any marketing services are due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed to by Home Run TM and the Client.
Can I discuss an additional service to add to my package if it is not listed?
YES. We would be happy to discuss any additional services that you feel would benefit you, your business, and your clients. We pride ourselves on tailoring our services to best suit each individual agent.
when is my transaction coordinator available?
Our schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. However, we understand the need for some flexibility and are able to accommodate most requests
