Our listing to close services is a beginning to end process giving you support from day one. We start with introductory emails to the sellers complete with a “Tips for Selling your home” guide to help them prepare their home for sale. We ensure all listing paperwork is in compliance and retrieve all required signatures and disclosures. We schedule photography and any pre-list inspections with your preferred vendors, obtain pertinent information relating to HOA & property management, if applicable, and upload and input all information into the MLS system. Once the home is under contract, we handle everything outlined in our contract to closer service.


Contract to close

Our Contract to Close service was created to give agents back valuable time all while ensuring the client is taken care of with a friendly yet professional approach. An initial compliance stage is always the first step on our C2C service. Any missing documentation or signatures are obtained and brokerage specific systems are updated to ensure a smooth transaction from day one. Welcome emails are then sent to all parties involved, complete with the fully ratified contract, timeline of important dates and party specific required information. Timeline management is critical for you and your clients and we ensure all earnest money deposits, inspection scheduling and due diligence deadlines are managed in accordance with the contract dates. Our transaction management system ensures no deadline is missed and that we are diligently tracking the progress of the transaction. If repairs are required, we will support the scheduling and invoice collection and ensure all necessary parties are informed of repairs complete with invoice copies as needed. Home warranties will be ordered, utility information will be confirmed and the closing date, time and location will be coordinated between all parties. As a final compliance check we will review the Settlement Statement before your final approval and ensure all closing required documentation is in order. We understand that every agent works differently and we have the ability to adapt accordingly to ensure that you and your business is supported in the best way possible throughout the transaction.

Our compliance only service is a thorough review of all documents and files ensuring compliance. When completing this review, we notify agent of any missing documentation and signatures and obtain these for further and complete review. Our compliance only service also includes Brokerage specific compliance. We are able to personalize this area of service to ensure Brokerage specific policy and regulations are being adhered to.
