An initial compliance stage is always the first step on our C2C service. Any missing documentation or signatures are obtained and brokerage specific systems are updated to ensure a smooth transaction from day one. Welcome emails are then sent to all parties involved, complete with the fully ratified contract, timeline of important dates and party specific required information. Timeline management is critical for you and your clients and we ensure all earnest money deposits, inspection scheduling and due diligence deadlines are managed in accordance with the contract dates. Our transaction management system ensures no deadline is missed and that we are diligently tracking the progress of the transaction. If repairs are required, we will support the scheduling and invoice collection and ensure all necessary parties are informed of repairs complete with invoice copies as needed. Home warranties will be ordered, utility information will be confirmed and the closing date, time and location will be coordinated between all parties. As a final compliance check we will review the Settlement Statement before your final approval and ensure all closing required documentation is in order.
